All renewals submitted through the Disky App WhatsApp channel, with the exception of vehicles registered in Gauteng, will require a clear image of the registered owner's identification. This includes an ID book or ID card.

When Disky submits a renewal on your behalf to the licensing department, it is important to note that they will only accept ID books or ID cards as valid forms of identification. It is imperative that the identification provided is valid and belongs to the registered owner of the vehicle to ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process.

- ID BOOK -> It is imperative that all images submitted through the Disky App WhatsApp channel are clear and legible in order to ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process. This includes both pages of the ID book. To assist you in this process, an example image has been provided for reference. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
- ID CARD -> All pictures submitted on the Disky App WhatsApp channel must be CLEAR & READABLE. It is mandatory that both the FRONT and BACK of the ID book are uploaded to the Disky WhatsApp channel. This will ensure that all necessary information is provided for the processing of the renewal.
IMPORTANT: SEND THE IMAGES AS TWO SEPARATE PHOTOS. ONLY UPLOAD ONE AT A TIME ON THE WHATSAPP CHANNEL e.g. First send the picture of the FRONT of the ID CARD and then send the picture of the BACK of the ID CARD. Please see the example picture below ⬇️⬇️⬇️
