π§Ύ I receive receipts instead of a Licence Disc when I renewed my vehicle licence online.
The receipt sent to you serves as proof that Disky has successfully renewed the vehicle's license and that all associated fees have been paid for the renewal of the applied vehicle's license. However, please note that the licensing authorities have yet to release the license disc as certain actions are required on the part of the vehicle owner before release.
Such actions may include:
-
CRW Required -> π Why do I need to do a CRW (Roadworthy test)
-
Enforcement Order
-
Other Unlicensed Vehicle
π What does CRW Required mean?
The indication of "CRW Required" signifies that the vehicle must undergo a roadworthiness test. Upon successful completion of the test, the license will be unblocked. Kindly note that once the roadworthiness test has been completed, it will be necessary to request a reprint of the license disc from the relevant traffic authority. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist in this matter.

What is an Enforcement Order?
An Enforcement Order may be issued if you fail to comply with the requirements outlined in a Courtesy Letter following a traffic violation. Such an order is typically served through registered mail, and the associated demerit points will automatically be allocated to your profile. In accordance with the law, an Enforcement Order will prevent the issuance of your vehicle's license disc until it is resolved. The registered owner is the only individual who can lift the Enforcement Order.
Three types of enforcement orders - Traffic fine/court order/courtesy letter - have been added to your eNaTIS profile. For more information regarding your fines, please log onto the ARTO system at www.aarto.gov.za.
To resolve your fines, you can use the following portals and request a reprint of your disc from the relevant traffic authority:
- Pay my fines www.paymyfines.co.za
- PayCity on www.paycity.co.za
OR
Pay your enforcement order at the relevant traffic authority, and request a re-print of your vehicle licence disc from relevant traffic authority

What does Other Unlicensed Vehicle mean?
Your eNaTIS profile indicates that you have an outstanding vehicle due for renewal that is registered in your name. Your vehicle licence disc will only be released once all vehicles registered in your name have been renewed.
This could be any of the following:
Β» π A Trailer
Β» π A Motorbike
Β» βΊοΈ A Caravan
Β» π A vehicle is written off by your insurance or a scrapped/stolen vehicle
Β» π An old or sold vehicle (where the change of ownership has not been completed)
You have the option to renew the licenses for your other vehicles through our Disky WhatsApp channel. Please notify us by opening a ticket on our system, and kindly inform us that you have applied for the renewal of the vehicles that were blocking the process -> https://bit.ly/DiskyAppReprintRequest
It is important to note that failure to notify us will result in delays to the reprint procedure, and additional fees may apply, including, but not limited to, a reprint fee and courier cost. As an alternative, you can resolve this with the relevant traffic authority and request a reprint of your license disc at the same time.
