💳 Disky App provides all customers with the means to make payments on the Diksy WhatsApp channel.
There are currently three payments options to choose from:
- Debit / Credit card option (VISA/MasterCard)
- Ozow instant EFT &
- Zapper payments
🔗 The Disky App will provide a payment link via WhatsApp for you to complete the transaction. Kindly follow the instructions that will be given and ensure compliance. Please be aware that your bank may send an OTP for verification via email or SMS.
🏦 Please note that the bank may request authorization of the transaction within their app, rather than sending an OTP. To ensure a smooth payment process and avoid any potential issues, it is important to complete the payment without delay.
💡 Please make sure that your Bank Account & Debit/Credit card is registered for online shopping.
🪜 Detailed steps to make payment on Disky App:
- Click on the BLUE payment link that was sent via WhatsApp and follow the promoted instruction given to you:
-If a Debit or Credit card is selected as the payment option, you will be redirected to a new website to enter your card details. After completing this step, you may receive an OTP or be prompted to authorize the transaction through your banking app. It is important not to close the website where you entered your card details until the process is complete. Once the OTP is entered or the transaction is approved, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp indicating that the payment was successful.
- When using OZOW to make a payment, you will be prompted to sign in with your internet banking details and to follow the instructions provided by OZOW. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp.
- When using Zapper for payments, please ensure that you have downloaded the Zapper app and have added a card to your account before proceeding. Follow all instructions provided by Zapper for successful payment. - Once you have received a successful payment message on WhatsApp your renewal will be processed and sent to you.
